Why Information On Hold?

  When clients, or potential customers call you, they will likely be put "on hold." And, like it or not, they will be from time to time. They may hear music, a radio station or a generic, "sorry you're holding" or are left in a cyberspace of silence, not knowing if they're still connected.
  And did you know that playing music from tapes, discs or a radio without paying a rights fee could result in a $10,000 fine?

INFORMATION ON HOLD eliminates those negatives by replacing them with professionally-produced recorded facts about YOUR operation, enhancing its image with a series of professionally recorded messages benefiting both you and the caller as you provide vital information about what you do.


   HOW IT WORKS...
  After meeting with the client to gather pertinent facts a script is prepared for each program. Once approved, it is produced by blending the written material with a professional voice talent and music onto an audiotape. Then, it's transferred to a Digital Compact Disc, Digital Chip player, or cassette player. 

A connection from the player into the telephone system allows each caller to hear your uniquely customized messages.

Cost has proved to be a non-factor for the many who use the service because of the positive responses. The popular Four Programs Per Year package is $675, payable in these increments: Initial Program $300. Programs 2, 3 & 4 are $125 each based on a minimum of one update per year.  Multiple location copies are $30 each. Customized copies are $75 per.  Alternate plans are available.
